Before you send back a unit — for any reason, whether a return or a warranty claim — please submit the RFC form below by email.

Process

How a return works.

Complete the RFC form
Download the warranty return form (RFC) and fill in your company details, PSH number, OE number, quantity, purchase date and the reason for the warranty or return.

Email it to the sales desk
Send the completed form to sales@psh-sa.co.za. A unit may not be returned before you have submitted this form.

Wait for our confirmation
Once we confirm the return, you may send the unit back to PSH-SA. Returns received without confirmation cannot be processed.

Ship or deliver the unit
If you send the unit by courier, attach our address label to the package and clearly indicate your name on the outside of the package.
